Job Summary:

Collect, analyze, and interpret market, competitor, and customer data to support business development initiatives, strategic planning, and potential acquisition opportunities across the MENA region. Provide actionable insights that guide senior management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market & Competitor Analysis

• Conduct market studies on products, sectors, and markets to identify growth opportunities

• Track trends, emerging technologies, and customer segments using databases and trackers

• Benchmark industry performance and monitor competitor offerings and pricing strategies

2. Customer Insights & Surveys

• Organize, administer, and analyze internal and external surveys to evaluate service offerings and customer needs

• Identify patterns or trends in feedback and summarize actionable insights for cross functional teams.

3. Meetings & Reporting

• Coordinate meetings with senior management and cross-functional teams to discuss key findings

• Prepare clear and concise summaries, tables, charts, and visual reports to communicate insights effectively.

4. Acquisition Support

• Identify potential acquisition targets based on defined criteria

• Compile target lists, market intelligence, and performance data leveraging prior market and competitor analyses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in market research or a related field.

• Preferred in software industries, Business Incubator or Accelerators.

• Fluent in English

• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word
