Logistics Coordinator / Freight Brokerage Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator / Freight Brokerage Assistant, who can assist our team with daily operations, customer communication, and load management.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with carriers and drivers regarding load updates, pickup and delivery appointments, and ETAs.

• Track and trace shipments throughout transit.

• Assist with carrier sourcing, negotiating rates, and booking loads.

• Provide customers with timely updates and resolve any transportation issues.

• Manage emails, update our TMS, and maintain accurate shipment records.

• Assist with general freight brokerage operations as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with a U.S.-based freight brokerage or trucking company is strongly preferred.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with DAT, and transportation management systems is a plus.

• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Working conditions:

• Working schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5 CST
