About the Role
Ruvixx is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Engagement Specialist to support our software license compliance and anti-piracy initiatives across Latin America.
This position combines business communication, negotiation, research, and case management. You will engage with companies and end-users to address potential software licensing discrepancies, manage sensitive conversations, and work toward effective resolutions.
We are particularly interested in professionals with backgrounds in B2B Sales, Collections, Legal Services, Account Management, Customer Relations, or Compliance.
This is not a traditional customer support role. Success requires confidence, persistence, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate challenging conversations professionally.
What You'll Do
- Business Engagement: Communicate with companies and end-users regarding software licensing and compliance matters through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Negotiation & Resolution: Handle objections, discuss compliance findings, and work toward mutually acceptable resolutions.
- Case Management: Review case information, conduct online research, and organize documentation to support investigations.
- Strategic Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with contacts, manage pending cases, and ensure timely follow-through.
- CRM & Reporting: Keep accurate records of interactions, case progress, and outcomes using CRM systems and internal tools.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, share relevant insights, and contribute to process improvements.
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Sales, Collections, Legal Services, Customer Relations, Account Management, Compliance, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct professional business conversations in Spanish.
- Confidence when handling challenging conversations, sensitive information, and complex situations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar business tools.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B negotiations, debt collection, dispute resolution, or commercial agreements.
- Previous exposure to software licensing, intellectual property, anti-piracy, or compliance investigations.
- Experience managing customer portfolios, commercial cases, or structured negotiation processes.
- Familiarity with online research, business investigations, or data-driven case management.
Why Join Ruvixx?
At Ruvixx, you'll contribute to initiatives that help software providers protect their intellectual property and promote responsible software usage.
This position offers hands-on exposure to international business operations, compliance processes, negotiation strategies, and case management.
You'll be part of a collaborative environment where communication, problem-solving, accountability, and attention to detail are essential to achieving meaningful results.
