Our client is a well known U.S.-based direct-to-consumer health and wellness brand focused on making everyday wellness simple, accessible, and enjoyable.

The company offers a growing range of vitamin and wellness gummies designed around popular wellness needs, including hair, skin, nails, immune support, and overall health. Its products are primarily sold to customers across the United States.

The company has built a strong online presence and relies heavily on digital marketing and performance advertising to acquire and grow its customer base. As the business continues to scale, advertising spend is increasing significantly, creating an opportunity for a strong analytical media buyer to have a major impact on growth.

You will join an existing team of successful media buyers and analysts and help take on additional advertising volume as the company continues to scale.

About the Role

We are looking for a Klaviyo Technical Specialist who can implement email marketing strategies through campaigns, flows, segments, and forms inside Klaviyo, working from briefs and Figma files. This person will own the technical implementation and reporting, ensuring that campaigns and automations function correctly and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Build campaigns, flows, segments, and forms inside Klaviyo based on briefs and Figma files.
• Build behavioral segments from written specifications.
• Troubleshoot triggers, filters, and automations that are not firing correctly.
• Implement popups, sign-up forms, and welcome flows.
• Manage list hygiene and maintain healthy email lists.
• Own the technical backend of email marketing campaigns and automations.
• Manage reporting related to email marketing performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Klaviyo.
• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, specifically with Shopify brands or email agencies serving ecommerce clients.
• Proven ability to build behavioral segments from written specifications.
• Experience troubleshooting triggers and filters that are not firing correctly.
• Hands-on experience building popups, sign-up forms, and welcome flows.
• Experience managing email list hygiene.
• Must have hands-on implementation experience, not solely email design or strategy experience.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience working with supplement or consumables brands.
• Exposure to B2B outbound and lead-generation-style funnels. This is not required but is relevant to how the client's funnels are structured.

  

  Based in Latin America, the Philippines, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Latvia, or Czechia.

Offer Details

• Salary: $2,000–$2,500 per month.
• Working Hours: Full-time, aligned with Eastern Time (ET).
• Contract Type: Independent Contractor.
• Location: Remote.
