Senior/Lead of User Acquisition

We’re currently looking for a Senior/ Lead of User Acquisition to join Logos - a business developing an AI-powered self-discovery platform.

At the core of the product is AI as a personal companion that supports users on their journey of self-discovery. The product’s key value is helping people gain clarity about who they are, what they want, and why they make certain decisions. Its mission is to help people live happier lives by changing the way they understand themselves and perceive the world.

As a Senior/Lead of User Acquisition, you will:

• Own the entire UA function, reporting directly to the CEO — CAC, ROAS, and the ad-to-subscriber path.
• Build the acquisition system from zero — tracking, attribution, and creative-testing pipeline.
• Run structured tests on Meta Ads, expanding to other channels once unit economics work.
• Own budget scaling — validation budget → $100K/month → $1M+/month.
• Source creatives through in-house, freelance, and UGC channels, and later build and lead the UA team.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has full-funnel paid UA experience — Meta Ads as the primary channel, with working knowledge of TikTok, ASO, and influencer/UGC.
• Has experience building structured, hypothesis-driven creative testing systems.
• Has a strong understanding of unit economics — CAC, LTV, payback, ROAS/ROMI.
• Has a proven track record of scaling budgets from a small test budget to six-figure+ monthly spend without breaking CPA.
• Has experience with attribution & analytics — Amplitude/GA4-style tools, MMP basics, and A/B testing.
• Has experience with vendor & creator management — sourcing UGC, agencies, and freelancers through Fiverr/Billo/Modash-style platforms.
• Has English at Upper-Intermediate (B2)+ level: the product and ads target the English-speaking Tier-1.
