About the role
Primary Duties
Strategic Account Engagement & Outreach Planning
Own account engagement strategy across an assigned book within the region. Prioritize accounts using cohort signals, intent data, and field intelligence; design and sequence multi-channel outreach calibrated to each account's cohort, stakeholder profile, and readiness. Apply independent judgment in pursuit decisions, channel mix, and timing rather than executing pre-defined scripts.
Buying-Group Discovery & Qualification
Identify and engage the three-plus stakeholders typically involved in a primary care practice's decision to partner with Aledade. Lead substantive discovery conversations to assess fit, intent, and timing; evaluate opportunity readiness using professional judgment; and develop the qualification narrative that informs the Network Development Leader's engagement.
Cohort Campaign Partnership & Field Intelligence
Partner with central Marketing and the regional Field Marketer on the design and execution of cohort campaigns. Contribute structured field intelligence that shapes messaging, surface what is and is not resonating in the region, and execute the account-level layer of campaigns. Work from the same cohort play as Marketing, not downstream of it.
Pod Collaboration & Graduated Account Co-Ownership
Operate as a full member of the regional sales pod alongside the Regional Sales Director, Network Development Leaders, Sales Operations Specialist, and Field Marketer. Co-own the qualification-to-discovery transition with the NDL through Stage 1, contributing to initial meetings, follow-up discovery, secondary-stakeholder engagement, and account-plan development as the opportunity progresses.
Field & Event Engagement
Represent Aledade as a prospector at trade shows, conferences, and regional events relevant to assigned accounts. Co-plan event participation with the regional Field Marketer; engage prospects on-site; lead post-event follow-up and account progression.
Account Health & Process Stewardship
Maintain accurate, timely records of account engagement, stakeholder mapping, and opportunity progression in Salesforce. Ensure GDR engagement is captured as campaign members across the funnel to support attribution measurement and pipeline visibility, and contribute to the continuous improvement of cohort engagement processes.
