About The Role

The key focus of the Senior Global SEO Manager in growing the organic search presence across the international markets, with key primary results of boosting traffic, client acquisition, create trustworthy, high-ranking pages that follow financial marketing rules.

Key Responsibilities

Onsite SEO (Website Optimization)

• Keyword Optimization: Research and choose the best financial keywords for each country.
• Site Setup & Speed: Make sure websites load fast, work perfectly on mobile, and are easy for search engines to crawl.
• Global Setup: Ensure websites are set up for different countries and languages properly.
• Content Updates: Keep our existing blog posts and product pages fresh, accurate, and highly relevant.

Offsite SEO (Branding & Reputation)

• Link Building: Get high-quality links and mentions from trusted financial websites, news outlets, and blogs to build our domain authority.
• Brand Trust: Manage brand's reputation across the web, ensuring public reviews and financial directory listings are accurate and positive.
• Competitor Analysis: Identify rival businesses, strategies, strengths and weaknesses to find the competitive edge of market-share expansion

Organic Conversion (Client Acquisition)

• Targeting Ready-to-Buy Users: Focus on "high-intent" keywords (like product comparisons or financial calculators) where users are ready to make a decision.
• Page Optimization: Work with designers and writers to make pages easy to read with clear buttons (CTAs) that encourage users to sign up or apply.
• A/B Testing: Test different headlines, layouts, and forms to see what makes more organic visitors convert into customers.
• Tracking Sign-ups: Track and prove how much revenue and how many sign-ups are coming directly from organic search.

Financial Compliance & Trust

• Safety Standards: Make sure all content is highly accurate and trustworthy, meeting Google's strict quality rules for financial sites (YMYL).
• Legal Collaboration: Work with our compliance/legal team to ensure all published pages follow local financial advertising laws.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 years in Finance, Fintech, Banking, or Insurance.
• Global Skills: Experience managing websites targeting multiple countries or languages.
• Results-Driven: A proven track record of growing actual customer sign-ups, not just web traffic.
• Tools: Expert use of standard tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs/Semrush.
