About the role
We are a staffing agency hiring on behalf of an elite sports medicine and human performance clinic redefining athlete care. By integrating sports chiropractic, strength and conditioning, dry needling, and targeted functional rehabilitation with high-touch hospitality, we deliver an unmatched standard of care. Our multidisciplinary environment serves high-performance athletes—from professional and collegiate competitors to high-level active adults—who demand precision, recovery, and long-term resilience.
Role Overview
The General Manager (GM) serves as the operational engine of the organization. Operating at the intersection of business execution, sport science, and high-performance delivery, the GM ensures the facility runs like a elite athletic program: aligned, precise, and uncompromising on quality.
You will drive clinic operations, optimize multidisciplinary clinical workflows, manage practice metrics, and ensure a seamless continuum of care across our Movement Specialists, Rehabilitation Specialists, Strength Coaches, and Client Care teams.
Key Responsibilities

Multidisciplinary Team Leadership & Strategy
-
Partner directly with the Clinical Director to translate performance philosophies into actionable operational strategies.
-
Lead and support front-of-house and administrative personnel to guarantee top-tier hospitality, scheduling accuracy, and revenue flow.
-
Align cross-functional clinical teams (Chiropractors, Rehab Specialists, Strength & Conditioning Coaches) to ensure a cohesive patient-athlete journey.
Performance Hospitality & Client Experience
-
Uphold a premier, "athlete-first" environment that reflects the standards of a professional sports organization.
-
Elevate client touchpoints from initial onboarding through multi-phase recovery and performance training programs.
-
Act as the primary point of contact for elevated client service, resolving operational bottlenecks with composure and tact.
Practice Growth, Analytics & Governance
-
Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), practitioner capacity, schedule density, and patient retention rates to maximize facility utilization.
-
Manage administrative oversight including billing processes, operational budgets, financial reporting, and payroll management.
-
Identify operational efficiencies and expansion opportunities without compromising clinical standards.
