Food Labels (Paid Data Task, Remote, Contract)

ABOUT KLED

Kled is building the largest opt-in human data network in the world.

We are not a labeling firm. We are not a task marketplace.

We are a consumer application where people upload their real photos, videos, and documents and get paid continuously.

We then filter, standardize, and license that data to frontier AI labs and enterprises that need fresh, rights-aware training data.

Since launching our mobile app in 2026, we have:

• Reached #1 on the App Store (Finance) with 0 paid marketing
• Scaled to 600,000+ active data contributors
• Processed 5M uploads per day
• Raised $15M+ from investors behind SpaceX, Airbnb, Coinbase, xAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Spotify, Lyft, Uber, and more

Our mission is to let anyone download the app and earn a real living wage from uploading their data.

This listing is for one paid task in the Kled app: "Food Labels". There is no interview and no minimum hours: download the app, open the task, and you are paid per accepted submission.

What you will do

Photograph the nutrition or ingredients label on food packaging. Straight on, no glare.

Steps

1. Find a food product

2. Photograph the nutrition or ingredients panel straight on

3. Check every row is readable and there is no glare

4. Upload

What gets rejected

• Do not cut off any rows

• Do not shoot through plastic wrap that causes glare

• Do not photograph at an angle that curves the text

Accepted: Full panel in frame, no glare, every row readable.

Pay

$0.10 per accepted photo. At a typical pace of about 35 seconds per photo, that is about $10 per hour. A 20-minute session of about 34 photos pays about $3.40. Up to 100 photos per upload. You are paid per accepted submission (piecework, independent contractor); submissions that break the rules are not paid. Payouts are made in the app (PayPal, Venmo or a Solana wallet).

Where and when

Open in 11 Southeast Asian countries, including Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam. Remote, on your own schedule. Independent contractor, piecework; this is not an employment position.
