eCommerce Virtual Assistant - Permanent work from home

We're now in the lookout for passionate and dedicated General Virtual Assistants to join our team!

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• At least 2 years of eCommerce virtual assistance experience doing the following tasks: Emailmanagement, Calendar management, order management and processing, liaising with clients’ customers via email, chat, or phone.
• Exceptional English communication skills
• Knowledge, navigation and use of Microsoft apps and G-Suite apps
• Experience in handling several CRMs
• Industry experiences: Real Estate, Healthcare/Medical, Hospitality, Finance, IT, Education, Immigration, Legal, etc.

Home office setup requirements:

• Dedicated workstation/ workspace.
• Noise-canceling headset
• 50Mbps minimum internet speed
• PC Specifications – i5/Ryzen 5 processor or higher, 8Gb RAM or higher, 500Gb SSD or higher.
