About the role

E-Learning Developer

6 month FTC | Remote-first | Full-time

Love turning learning content into brilliant digital experiences? So do we.

At Quadmark, we believe great learning should feel effortless. Engaging, intuitive and beautifully put together, with technology that helps people learn rather than getting in their way.

We're looking for an E-Learning Developer who loves bringing content to life, has an eye for detail and takes real pride in creating digital learning experiences that just work.

You'll be building interactive learning experiences using Sana Learn, combining creativity, technical know-how and a passion for quality to deliver something exceptional for our clients and their learners.

And because we're always looking for smarter ways to work, you'll have the opportunity to explore how AI can make learning development faster, better and more creative.

What you'll be doing

You'll take great learning content and turn it into engaging, polished digital experiences that learners love.

That means:

  • Bringing learning to life: Building interactive e-learning modules in Sana Learn, using quizzes, branching, interactions and thoughtful navigation to create engaging learner journeys.
  • Making quality your superpower: Taking ownership of the quality of your builds, testing everything from interactions to learner flows and making sure every course is client-ready.
  • Making the most of AI: Exploring Sana AI and other smart ways of working to speed up development without compromising the learner experience.
  • Solving problems creatively: Finding practical solutions to technical challenges and platform limitations, balancing creativity with what's possible.
  • Working brilliantly with others: Collaborating with designers, project leads and the wider team to bring learning experiences together, responding to feedback and keeping everyone in the loop.
  • Always looking to improve: Sharing ideas, learning from each build and finding little ways to make the next one even better.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who's confident owning their work, curious about technology and really cares about creating brilliant learning experiences.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience building digital learning content using an e-learning authoring tool or learning platform. Experience with Sana Learn would be a bonus.
  • Understand what makes a great digital learner experience, from intuitive navigation to meaningful interactions.
  • Have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in delivering polished, technically robust work.
  • Are comfortable troubleshooting issues, thinking independently and finding practical solutions.
  • Can manage your own priorities, meet deadlines and communicate proactively when things change.
  • Are curious about AI and excited by the possibilities it creates for digital learning.
  • Enjoy collaborating with creative, supportive people who care about doing great work.

You don't need to know everything about Sana on day one. What matters is your ability to learn quickly, apply your skills and take ownership of delivering excellent work.

Why Quadmark?

We're a team that cares about great work, great relationships and finding better ways to do things.

We believe in giving people the trust and flexibility to do their best work, while creating opportunities to learn, grow and make a meaningful contribution.

Here's a little of what you can expect:

  • Flexible, remote-first working: Work where you do your best thinking, with quarterly in-person team days to connect and collaborate.
  • Time to recharge: 25 days' annual leave in the UK, plus three additional paid days over the end-of-year holiday shutdown.
  • Private medical insurance: UK cover through Vitality, with health and wellbeing rewards.
  • Mental health and wellbeing support: Confidential Employee Assistance Programme and mental health resources.
  • Travel insurance: Supporting the opportunities we have to connect with colleagues and clients in person.
