  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure internal control requirements are embedded into new digital payment product designs.
  • Develop and maintain an e-business control deficiency dashboard to track and remediate issues identified during channel reviews and audits.
  • Conduct regular audits of digital channel access rights, privileged user activities, and transaction limits to prevent fraud and unauthorized activities.
  • Monitor compliance with relevant payment system standards, regulatory guidelines for electronic channels, and digital risk management practices.
  • Perform root cause analysis on digital channel control failures, transaction outages, or settlement discrepancies, recommending preventive measures.
  • Develop and manage the control deficiency remediation dashboard for follow-up and closure of open findings from control assessment, internal audit, and any external examination and assessment of finance operations.

Experience & Background:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance or a related field.
  • Certifications: CISA, CRISC, CISM, ACA, ACCA or related professional credentials.
