About the Position:

This person will own the entire digital marketing ecosystem, with the goal of driving customer acquisition, loyalty enrollment, repeat purchases, and revenue growth across 350+ locations.

This is a hands-on digital marketing leadership role, not a purely strategic position. They'll manage agencies and digital budgets while also getting directly involved in CRM execution, customer segmentation, campaign planning, and performance optimization.

What You'll Do:

• Loyalty: Own rewards, including program structure, earn/burn mechanics, member engagement, retention, and program economics.
• CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Manage email, SMS, push notifications, customer journeys, personalization, and segmentation.
• Paid Media: Oversee agencies, budgets, paid search/social, ROAS, customer acquisition costs, and retargeting.
• SEO: Drive technical, local, and organic SEO across 350+ store locations.
• Third-Party Delivery: Manage DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub relationships, promotions, and performance.
• Community Growth: Build Reddit and community engagement strategies that support acquisition and loyalty.
• Data & Personalization: Leverage first-party customer data to improve targeting, conversion, retention, and lifetime value.

About You:

• 6+ years in digital marketing, ideally with strong ownership of CRM, loyalty, and performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience building customer segments, automated journeys, and campaigns.
• Experience owning or significantly scaling a consumer loyalty program.
• Strong agency management and performance measurement experience.
• Experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or similar platforms; PAR Punchh is a plus.
• Experience in QSR, restaurants, grocery, retail, e-commerce, or consumer subscription businesses preferred.
• Comfortable operating strategically while remaining involved in execution.
