Role

Our client is a performance coach and author seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to create social media content, manage their online presence, and build and optimize GoHighLevel funnels and automations. The goal is to attract qualified prospects, bring them into the funnel, and turn that interest into booked consultations.

You will create and edit videos using AI tools, manage social media publishing, support SEO, and handle landing pages and follow-up sequences in GoHighLevel. Your work will promote the client’s coaching services and book while helping generate consistent, qualified inquiries.

The ideal candidate brings both creative content skills and hands-on GoHighLevel experience, with the ability to independently take marketing activities from idea through execution and track results.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and improve GoHighLevel funnels, landing pages, workflows, and email follow-up sequences.
• Plan and manage a social media content calendar promoting the client’s coaching services, expertise, and book.
• Develop engaging content ideas, video hooks, scripts, captions, and calls to action.
• Create and edit videos using AI tools, alongside graphics and written social media posts.
• Repurpose existing footage, interviews, testimonials, and book material into fresh content.
• Manage social media publishing and audience engagement, with an initial focus on LinkedIn.
• Connect content to relevant landing pages and clear next steps that encourage inquiries and consultation bookings.
• Improve website content and SEO to attract relevant traffic from Google.
• Follow up with leads from content, events, referrals, and previous consultations.
• Manage ongoing lead nurturing, including follow-ups at 30, 60, and 90 days.
• Maintain organized CRM records and track content performance, website traffic, qualified leads, and bookings.
• Use results to improve content, funnels, and follow-up activities.

Requirements

• Previous professional experience in digital marketing, including social media content creation and management.
• Hands-on experience building and managing GoHighLevel funnels, landing pages, workflows, and email automations.
• A portfolio demonstrating video editing, social media content, and funnel work.
• Experience creating and editing videos using AI tools.
• Ability to develop content ideas and turn them into finished posts and videos.
• Strong English copywriting skills for captions, scripts, landing pages, and emails.
• Working knowledge of SEO and website content optimization.
• Understanding of how to attract qualified prospects and guide them toward booking consultations.
• Strong written and spoken English for communicating with prospects.
• Ability to manage deadlines, maintain consistent publishing and follow-up, and work independently.

Highly Preferred

• Experience promoting coaching programs, fitness services, or other high-ticket offers.
• Experience growing a personal brand or promoting a book.
• Experience generating leads through LinkedIn.
• Examples of marketing campaigns that produced qualified inquiries or booked consultations.

Remote.

Availability

Part-time to start. Exact weekly hours, working days, and time zone will be confirmed with the client. Potential for additional hours as the business grows.

Salary: $6 – $12 / hour
