Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign StrategyPlan and execute data-driven multi-channel digital marketing campaignsLead campaign design across SEO, performance ads, social media, and email marketing.Use Zoho Marketing Automation, Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Social, and Zoho CRM to manage and measure end-to-end marketing

SEO & Organic GrowthConduct detailed keyword research, technical SEO audits, and backlink planningOptimize site structure, meta tags, and content for high-intent searchesLeverage tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, Zoho PageSense, Bolt, and UbersuggestImplement AI content strategies that rank using Claude.ai, ChatGPT, Jasper, and Copy.ai

Performance MarketingRun and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and othersMonitor ad performance, run A/B tests, and enhance conversion ratesIntegrate Zoho tools with ad platforms for lead syncing and attribution

AI & AutomationAutomate workflows using Zoho Flow, Zoho Forms, and Zoho CampaignsUse AI for:Content ideationAd creative generationSEO optimization Enhance lead nurturing through behavior-based automation
Analytics & ReportingBuild real-time dashboards using Zoho Analytics, Google Analytics, and Data StudioTrack performance metrics like CPL, CAC, ROI, bounce rate, engagement rate, and lead qualityRegularly review data and refine strategies based on insights

Requirements

What We’re Looking For3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, Paid Ads, and Lead GenDeep hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Marketing Plus, Zoho Campaigns, and related toolsExcellent command of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, PageSense, Bolt, Surfer, etc.)Proficient in AI tools for marketing (ChatGPT, Claude.ai, Jasper, Copy.ai, AdCreative.ai)Strong writing, communication, and analytical skillsExperience in SaaS/B2B or agency environment preferred
