Debit Card Customer Service Representative

We are seeking independent contractors to provide remote customer service for a major financial services program. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is comfortable assisting customers with debit card accounts, transactions, and other account-related concerns while handling sensitive financial information professionally.

What You'll Do

Provide inbound customer support forprepaid debit and credit card accounts, including:

• Card activation, balances, transactions, and disputes
• Lost or stolen cards and general account questions
• Payroll cards, fund transfers, and payment-related concerns
• Securely handling customer information while following required financial regulations and data protection procedures

Higher Work Commitment:After training, this opportunity requires more than 50 hours of work during each period: the 1st–15th and the 16th–last day of the month. This commitment continues throughout the contract.

Minimum Requirements

• Windows desktop or laptop computer
• 16 GB RAM minimum
• Reliable hardwired high-speed internet connection (Wi-Fi only is not permitted)
• USB headset with microphone
• Quiet, professional workspace
• Ability to pass a background check & fingerprint screening
• Successful completion of a computer compatibility check and online assessment
