The Customer Success Specialist will be the face of 4DMedical for our U.S. based customers. This role combines first-line customer support and ticket triage, ownership of U.S. portal configuration and install verification, and end-user portal training and onboarding. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a CT / radiology clinical background who wants to move into a salaried, remote customer-facing role.
Responsibilities/Duties

- Support workflow adoption and operational best practices during early adoption phase of customer journey
- Serve as day-to-day contact for an assigned portfolio of U.S. accounts; field clinical questions (protocols, screening eligibility, report workflow) and surface recurring issues for product fixes
- Configure 4DMedical algorithms, workflows, and reporting settings to align with customer clinical and operational requirements
- Share customer feedback and operational insights to improve internal processes
Experience Required
- Hands-on clinical CT / radiology experience in a U.S. hospital or imaging center (chest CT, pulmonary imaging or lung cancer screening strongly preferred)
- Direct exposure to PACS / RIS, DICOM routing / auto-send configuration and hospital imaging IT workflows from the clinical side
- Formal clinical imaging training (radiologic technology program or equivalent) with hands-on CT experience
Desirable Experience
- ARRT (R)(CT) or state-equivalent radiologic technologist credential
- Customer-facing applications, in-service / training, vendor support or SaaS / healthcare-IT technical support experience (Tier 1–2); familiarity with Salesforce or a ticketing system
- Bachelor's degree; imaging-informatics exposure (CIIP-type knowledge); Salesforce / Jira / Confluence familiarity
