About the Role LiaHia is a reverse‑recruiting agency supporting jobseekers across the U.S. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients — ensuring smooth onboarding, weekly updates, expectation management, and coordination between coaches and recruiters. This role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, manages details well, and enjoys supporting clients.

Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding — Guide clients through setup, expectations, and workflow.

• Weekly Updates — Provide structured progress reports.

• Expectation Management — Ensure clients understand timelines and deliverables.

• Issue Resolution — Handle concerns and escalate when needed.

• Team Coordination — Work with Reverse Recruiters, Coaches, and Operations.

• CRM Management — Maintain accurate client records.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years in client/ customer success, account management, customer support, or recruiting coordination

• Excellent English communication

• Strong organizational skills

• Experience with CRMs or project management tools

Compensation & Hours

• $8–$12 USD/hr

• Hours vary based on client load

• Hours are not guaranteed

• Freelance / contractor role
