Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Manage inbound customer inquiries across phone, email, and live chat channels.
• Confirm customer orders and ensure shipping information is accurate.
• Manage return authorizations, exchanges, and customer refund requests.
• Provide product recommendations and capitalize on sales opportunities during calls.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records and log detailed notes within our CRM.

What you need

Non-negotiables:

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Accurate typing ability of 50–55+ WPM.
• Private home office setup with a minimum 25 Mbps primary internet connection and a reliable backup line.
• High level of reliability, strong attendance record, and active engagement.
• Adaptability to manage multi-channel support (voice, email, chat) across flexible shift patterns.

Preferred skills/experience:

• Prior background in BPO centers, retail sales, or e-commerce customer support
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) alongside live messaging tools.
• Hands-on experience with order management systems and handling product return processes.
• Demonstrated track record in cross-selling or consultative customer interactions.
