About the Role
This is a hands-on, execution-first role. You'll spend your days sourcing creators, outreaching to them, negotiating deals, briefing content, and making sure it ships. You won't be handed a finished playbook, because we're writing it now. As one of the early members of this team, you'll see what works, say what doesn't, and help shape where the budget goes, which creators earn a renewal, and how we measure results.
Most of our creators are US-based, so you'll work across US time zones occasionally.
💼 What you’ll do:
Source, outeach, recruit, and manage creators across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. (US as the primary market)
Move the program from one-off sponsored posts to recurring partnerships, ambassador structures, and long-term relationships
Negotiate rates, deliverables, exclusivity, and usage rights, including whitelisting so top content can be repurposed in paid media
Brief creators, hold timelines, and get content over the line when it slips
Track performance and form a clear view on what's earning its keep and what isn't
Partner with Growth, Content, Product Marketing, and Design so creator content feeds the wider marketing engine
Run campaigns around key moments like Black Friday and major product launches
🫂What You’ll Bring
3+ years in influencer, creator, or partnerships marketing (agency or in-house), including 2+ years running campaigns end to end
Hands-on experience managing a meaningful creator budget, and the ability to walk us through what you spent and what you got back
Experience working with US or international creators, and comfort across time zones
Excellent spoken and written English. Much of the job is live video calls and negotiation, so you need to be clear, natural, and persuasive
Real negotiation instincts: persistence and charm in equal measure. Paying a creator is the start of the relationship, not the end
Comfort with numbers and a point of view on whether a campaign delivered
Working knowledge of creator and affiliate tools (GRIN, CreatorIQ, Modash, Upfluence, Aspire, Impact.com, PartnerStack, or similar)
A bias toward action. We test in the market, not in slide decks, and would rather fix a live campaign than perfect a plan
What happens after you apply?
Step 1: If your profile aligns with our vibe and requirements for the role, our people team will reach out to you for a brief phone call.
Step 2: If everything aligns, your next chat will be with one of your future team members to better understand the role and your experience.
Step 3: You will then be given a task - this helps us evaluate your thought process and help you showcase your expertise.
Step 4: If everything goes well, you will meet the leadership for a quick bar-raiser round.
Step 5: If you do manage to clear all rounds, this is the point we make an offer, shake hands, and welcome you to the team.
