AlphaGov is engaging a Corrections Offender Management Systems Consultant for current state work. A state department of corrections is procuring a commercial offender management system with hosting, consulting, and support.

We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins.

What you'll do

• Map intake, classification, sentence computation, case management, and release workflows
• Advise on OMS configuration, data migration, and interfaces

- Support testing, training, and go-live

- Manage implementation risk

• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming

Requirements

Required

• At least 5 years of professional experience with corrections offender management systems or DOC operations

- OMS implementation experience

• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant

Nice to have

• Experience with Marquis, Abilis, or Tyler OMS

- Former DOC staff

- PMP
