Content Specialist (Email & Social Media)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and AI-savvy Content Specialist to join an international marketing team supporting U.S.-based businesses in the golf industry.

In this role, you will create engaging email campaigns and social media content using Claude, Canva, and AI-powered tools. You'll collaborate with internal marketing teams to deliver high-quality, visually appealing content while ensuring brand consistency and following established workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Create HTML email designs and social media content using Claude, Canva, and AI-assisted workflows.

• Use Canva to create, edit, and refine digital marketing materials.

• Review and improve AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, visual quality, and brand consistency.

• Follow client brand guidelines, including colors, fonts, logos, and tone of voice.

• Collaborate with internal Marketing Advisors to understand content requests, priorities, and deadlines.

• Manage multiple content assignments while meeting established turnaround times.

• Follow structured production processes and maintain organized files and content assets.

• Support seasonal marketing campaigns and promotional activities for multiple clients.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience creating email marketing and/or social media content.

• Strong working knowledge of AI content generation tools, preferably Claude or Claude Design.

• Proficiency in Canva for creating, editing, and adapting digital marketing materials.

• Good visual judgment and understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, colors, and branding.

• Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, and Sheets).

• Professional written and spoken English for daily collaboration with a U.S.-based team.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

• Ability to follow detailed processes and manage multiple priorities.

• Willingness to learn new technologies, workflows, and industry-specific concepts.

Nice to Have

• 1–3 years of experience in digital content creation or marketing.

• Experience using Claude or Claude Design for professional content production.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, or similar tools.

• Basic knowledge of HTML email structure.

• Experience supporting multiple clients or working in a marketing agency.

• Interest in the golf, hospitality, or sports industries.

Working Conditions

• Location: 100% remote – South America.

• Employment Type: Full-time.

• Schedule: Full-time within your local time zone, with some flexibility to overlap with U.S. business hours.

• Holidays: Local public holidays observed.

• Expected Start Date: Early December 2026.
