Composting & Organics Feasibility Consultant

AlphaGov is engaging a Composting & Organics Feasibility Consultant for current county work. A county is studying source-separated organics for its composting facility.

We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins.

What you'll do

• Characterize organic waste streams and collection options
• Evaluate composting/anaerobic digestion technologies and facility capacity
• Build cost, revenue, and market analyses
• Review permitting and recommend implementation
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming

Requirements

Required

• At least 5 years of professional experience in solid waste or organics management planning
• Composting or organics facility feasibility experience
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant

Nice to have

- NYSDEC Part 360/361 experience

- PE

- US Composting Council certification
