About the role
Two CEO roles. Both India. Both remote. INR 75 to 90 LPA.
Two global, mission-driven organisations and partners of Arthan are each hiring a CEO in India.
These are not operating roles. They are institution-building mandates with a global board or founder behind them, real traction already in place, and a clear expectation: take it to the next level.
What both roles demand:
1. You have led large, distributed teams and built culture without a shared office.
2. You have raised institutional funding over multiple years, with amounts that grew.
3. You are credible with funders, governments and boards, and you close with all three.
4. You build leadership benches, not dependence on yourself.
5. You have a calling for product and technology thinking and scale. You do not need to be an engineer.
If you are a senior leader ready to run an organisation rather than a function, these are worth a conversation.
