This is a remote position.

Business Development Manager – Japanese Market Overview A regulated global FX/CFD broker is hiring a Japanese-speaking Business Development Manager, fully remote, to build IB and affiliate networks and drive new client acquisition in Japan. Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage IB and affiliate partnerships in the Japanese market
  • Identify, recruit and onboard new partners, traders and IBs
  • Generate leads through partner networks, affiliate channels and social media
  • Build long-term partner relationships that drive trading activity
  • Monitor and report on partner performance
  • Track industry trends and competitor activity in Forex/CFD
Requirements
  • Native/fluent Japanese and English (C1)
  • Proven BD, partnerships or sales experience in Forex/CFD
  • Existing Japanese IB/affiliate/trading-community network highly preferred
  • Good knowledge of MT4/MT5 or similar
  • Target-driven with strong relationship skills; works independently
