Business Development Manager - Card Acquiring - iGaming

About the Hiring Company:

The hiring company is a global payment company focused on helping merchants access reliable and scalable payment solutions across multiple markets.

We work with payment partners globally to provide card acquiring, local payment methods, cross-border payment and settlement solutions.

As we continue to expand our global payment network, we are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong expertise in card acquiring and credit card payment solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop partnerships with acquiring banks, PSPs, payment gateways and processors globally.

• Source and negotiate competitive Visa/Mastercard acquiring solutions.

• Negotiate key commercial terms including MDR, settlement cycles, rolling reserves, chargebacks and processing fees.

• Evaluate partners based on approval rates, supported MCCs, geographic coverage, settlement and overall commercial competitiveness.

• Work with Product, Compliance, Operations and Technology teams to onboard and launch new acquiring partners.

• Continuously identify better card acquiring solutions across Europe, Middle East, North America and other key markets.

The Successful Candidate:

• 3+ years of BD / Partnerships experience in payments, acquiring or FinTech.

• Strong knowledge of credit card acquiring and Visa/Mastercard payment processing is essential.

• Experience working with acquiring banks, PSPs, gateways or processors.

• Good understanding of MCC/MID, MDR, settlement, reserves, chargebacks, approval rates and payment routing.

• Existing international acquiring network is highly preferred.

• Experience with high-risk or complex merchant acquiring is a strong plus.

• Strong negotiation skills and professional English.
