Bilingual Sales Representative

Bilingual Sales Representative: Remote (Part-Time) | Ecuador

We're looking for a driven, bilingual Sales Representative based in Ecuador to support our Business Development Specialist with lead outreach, follow-ups, and day-to-day sales tasks. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on ownership and can keep things moving without being micromanaged.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn in both English and Spanish, and follow up with people who've gone quiet
• Respond to chats on our website in English and Spanish
• Build simple sales decks in PowerPoint
• Track basic sales numbers
• Create documents in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
• Help polish emails and messages in both languages

What You Need

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written (you'll switch between the two daily with leads and teammates)
• B2B sales experience (this is a must)
• Based in Ecuador, with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Available to work US Central Time (CT) hours from Ecuador
• Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Able to manage your own tasks without being reminded
• No CRM experience required

Schedule

• Starts at 20 hours per week
• Hours follow US Central Time (CT); exact working hours to be confirmed
• Daily check-ins with the team
