About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant (IC4) to join our team in Brazil. This role requires a strong technical background across the ServiceNow platform, with particular depth in Integrations, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), App Engine, portals, and core platform development.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with strong consulting and governance skills, and has demonstrated knowledge of Artificial Intelligence capabilities and Now Assist implementation.

What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform, following platform architecture and development best practices.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
• Develop and implement solutions leveraging App Engine, workflow automation and RPA capabilities.
• Support the design and development of portals and user experiences within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Provide strong expertise in core ServiceNow platform development and configuration.
• Design and implement AI-enabled solutions, with particular focus on Now Assist use cases and adoption.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, considering scalability, maintainability and platform standards.
• Provide technical governance, ensuring solution quality, architectural consistency and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
• Work closely with customers, architects, developers and business stakeholders to guide technical decisions and resolve complex implementation challenges.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers maximise the value of their ServiceNow investment.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Solid experience working with the ServiceNow platform in technical consulting, development, architecture or implementation roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Integrations and APIs
  • RPA / automation
  • App Engine
  • Portal development / user experiences
  • ServiceNow core platform development
• Strong understanding of technical governance, development standards and scalable solution design.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to enterprise workflows.
• Experience with or strong knowledge of Now Assist implementation and use cases.
• Ability to navigate complex technical environments and engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Advanced English.
• Portuguese fluency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish language skills.
• ServiceNow certifications or relevant technical certifications.
• Experience working on complex enterprise implementations involving multiple systems and integrations.
• Experience advising customers on platform architecture, governance and adoption.
