Job Title: Accountant Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, as well as excellent communication and time management skills. The Accountant VA will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with various accounting tasks for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial records for client accounts
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expenses
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting

• Communicate with clients regarding financial matters
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
• Stay up to date with accounting regulations and best practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with virtual assistance services
