About the Role:
You’ll join a collaborative team that values curiosity and initiative. In this mainly remote position, you’ll oversee core accounting functions and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that matter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounting function up to trial balance for multiple entities

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and reconciliations

• Handle month-end close processes, including journal entries and variance analysis

• Partner with operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Liaise with external auditors and advisors as needed

Requirements

• A relevant accounting qualification (SAIPA/ACCA/CIMA/ or equivalent)
  
• At least 3 years’ experience in a full accounting role
  
• Tech-savvy with strong Excel skills (and experience with cloud-based accounting systems is a plus)
  
• Clear communication, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
