About the role
Role Summary We are looking for an Account Director, XM to lead a portfolio of foundational B2B and B2C experiential accounts, including proprietary conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, brand activations, hospitality programs, tours, sampling campaigns, hybrid experiences and more. This leader will serve as a senior client partner, set the account vision, oversee day-to-day portfolio performance, and ensure teams deliver strategically strong, operationally excellent, and commercially sound work. Success in this role requires senior client leadership, portfolio-level ownership, commercial and operational acumen, deep experiential marketing expertise, and the ability to lead through others while remaining close enough to the work to step in when needed. The Director must be equally comfortable advising senior clients, managing up, developing talent, solving complex delivery challenges, and rolling up their sleeves to move the business forward.
