We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with a strong background in integrating generative AI tools into client products. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Python, C# or Java, thrive in a complex work environment with multiple stakeholders, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both team members and clients. Fluency in English is essential for daily interactions and intensive discussions.   Key Responsibilities: Backend Development: Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable backend architecture using Python. Generative AI Integration: Leverage generative AI technologies to enhance client products, providing innovative solutions and tools. Knowledge on Generative AI technical stacks and strategies (LLMs, RAG, Fine Tunning, Chain of Thought, etc.) and how to embed them into client’s products. Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide regular updates, and gather feedback to refine product features. Code Quality and Best Practices: Ensure code maintainability, readability, and performance by adhering to best practices and conducting code reviews. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for backend services and generative AI integrations.   Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
