TL;DR: Join a career accelerator for developers, built by developers. Alumni have gone on to Amazon, Meta, Google — or founded their own startups.

💼 About the Role

As a JavaScript Engineer, you’ll help scale the engineering teams of our global clients and ship impactful features. You’ll work on everything from modern web apps to API integrations, contributing to projects for YC startups all the way up to unicorns.

GitStart is a community of developers that turns tickets into PRs — fast, high-quality, and at scale.

⭐ Reasons to Join

🌱 Grow your skills – Write and review code from day one, get daily peer and senior engineer feedback, and level up with technical, PM, and communication growth tracks.

🌍 World-class codebases – Condense years of learning into months by working on some of the most advanced and technical JavaScript projects in the world.

🤖 Become AI-native – Get early access to cutting-edge AI dev tools, from GPT-4 to autonomous agents that create tickets based on your PR comments.

👩‍💻 Fully remote + async – Work when, where, and how you want. No micromanagement.

🚀 Gain OSS experience – Build your open-source profile and contribute to important JavaScript and Node.js repositories.
